Job Description
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)
Prepare and manage books of accounts, ledgers, and journal entries
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations (India)
File GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings on time
Assist in budgeting and financial planning
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
Monitor and control expenses and suggest cost-saving measures
Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions
