Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Civil Trainee to support our project and site coordination activities. The candidate will receive hands-on training in working with project drawings, AutoCAD, and site execution for infrastructure projects such as hospitals, railway stations, and airports.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist the Site Coordinator and Project Engineers in day-to-day activities

Work on project drawings using AutoCAD

Support in preparing, reviewing, and updating civil drawings

Assist in site coordination and documentation

Help maintain project records and reports

Learn basic site execution methods, measurements, and quality practices

Follow safety rules and company guidelines at site

Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI holder

Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)

Skills & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD

Basic understanding of civil drawings

Ability to communicate in basic English and Hindi

Willingness to learn and adapt

Good teamwork and coordination skills

Age & Eligibility:

Age: 18 – 40 years

Gender: Male candidates can apply

What We Offer:

Monthly salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000
