Job Title: Civil Engineer – Audit & Technical Review

*Role Overview*

We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Engineer to support audit and technical review assignments across multiple project sites. The role involves evaluating construction quality, verifying technical compliance, and ensuring adherence to standards and drawings.

*Key Responsibilities*

Conduct site audits and inspections across various project locations in India

Review and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for accuracy and compliance

Evaluate usage and quality of construction materials including:

TMT Steel

RMC (Ready Mix Concrete)

Analyze and interpret:

Material testing reports

Structural and architectural drawings

Identify discrepancies between site execution and approved drawings/specifications

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality norms

Prepare detailed audit reports, observations, and recommendations

Coordinate with project teams for clarification and resolution of audit findings

*Required Skills & Competencies*

Strong understanding of:

BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)

TMT steel and RMC mix design

Construction drawings and specifications

Material testing procedures and reports

Working knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems

Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review and interpretation

Good analytical and reporting skills

Ability to identify gaps, risks, and non-compliance in construction practices

Willingness to travel extensively across India

*Qualifications*

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / BE Civil)

0–3 years of experience (audit/site experience preferred, but not mandatory for freshers with strong fundamentals)

Preferred Profile

Experience in construction audit / internal audit / quality control

Exposure to infrastructure / industrial / residential projects

Basic understanding of contracts, BOQs, and project documentation
