Job Title: Executive – Chargeback & AML Operations

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 66

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive – Chargeback & AML Operations to

support our risk and compliance operations. The candidate will be responsible for

managing chargeback cases, monitoring transactions for suspicious activity, and

assisting in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes to ensure regulatory

compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle chargeback cases including investigation, documentation, and

resolution within defined timelines.

 Monitor daily transactions to identify suspicious or unusual activities.

 Assist in AML monitoring and compliance processes as per regulatory

guidelines.

 Prepare and maintain reports related to chargebacks, disputes, and

suspicious transactions.

 Escalate potential fraud or AML risks to relevant internal teams.

 Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information for investigations.

 Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance

purposes.

 Use MS Excel to track cases, prepare reports, and analyze transaction data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 1–3 years of experience in chargeback handling, AML operations, or

transaction monitoring.

 Good understanding of AML regulations and suspicious transaction reporting.

 Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Good communication and documentation skills.

 Mandatory Experience in Fintech, Payments, or Banking industry.

 Familiarity with fraud detection and risk monitoring tools.
