Role OverviewFuel Wings is looking for an energetic and result-driven Relationship Manager responsible for generating new B2B business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and expanding Fuel Wings’ customer network. The role involves approaching potential corporate clients, understanding fuel requirements, maintaining relationships, and ensuring business growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach new B2B clients across industries including infrastructure, construction, logistics, manufacturing, mining, transport, and commercial sectors.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, and business meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer fuel requirements and propose suitable Fuel Wings solutions.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for seamless service execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
- Track market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Represent Fuel Wings during exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to confidently approach new corporate clients.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Strong presentation and business development skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and client meetings.
- QualificationsGraduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, relationship management, or corporate sales.
- Experience in fuel, logistics, industrial products, infrastructure, fleet management, SaaS, or B2B services preferred.
