About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, confident, and result-oriented professionals to join our Commercial Leasing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting corporate clients in finding suitable commercial spaces, building strong client relationships, coordinating property site visits, and successfully closing leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate commercial leasing leads through corporate outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable office spaces, retail spaces, SCOs, and other commercial properties.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, corporate clients, and channel partners.

• Arrange and coordinate property site visits for prospective clients.

• Negotiate lease terms and facilitate successful leasing transactions.

• Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for lease agreements and related documents.

• Maintain accurate client records, property inventory, follow-ups, and deal progress in the CRM.

• Stay updated on commercial real estate market trends, rental values, and new project launches.

• Achieve monthly leasing, revenue, and business development targets.

• Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the leasing process.

Eligibility

• Female candidates only.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Commercial Leasing, Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales.

• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Ability to build relationships with CXOs, business owners, startups, and corporate clients.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
