Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation as per standard recipes and SOPs
  • Perform basic cooking tasks (cutting, chopping, marination, mise en place)
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen as per FSSAI standards
  • Ensure proper storage of food items (FIFO method)
  • Support senior chefs during service hours
  • Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
  • Handle kitchen equipment safely

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in kitchen operations
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques
  • Willingness to learn and work in shifts
  • Team player with good discipline
