Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage daily computer operations, handle data entry tasks, and ensure smooth functioning of computer systems. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge and good typing skills.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in systems
• Operate computer systems and ensure proper functioning
• Monitor system performance and report issues
• Maintain files, documents, and databases
• Handle printing, scanning, and document formatting
• Assist in basic troubleshooting of hardware/software issues
• Ensure data security and confidentiality
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets when required

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Familiarity with internet and email handling
• Basic understanding of hardware and software
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills

• Educational QualificationMinimum:

• Preferred: Graduate in any field
• Computer certification (like Diploma in Computer Applications) is a plus

• 0–2 years of experience preferred
