📝 Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase & Inventory Analyst who can efficiently manage stock levels, analyze inventory data using Excel, and plan timely purchases. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring product availability while minimizing excess stock and costs.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales and stock data to forecast demand
• Plan and place purchase orders based on inventory requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement
• Maintain and update Excel sheets for inventory tracking and reporting
• Identify slow-moving and fast-moving products
• Optimize stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Generate reports for management on stock status and purchase planning
• Work closely with sales and warehouse teams 

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of inventory management and purchasing
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work with data and generate insights
