🚀 Job Title: Document Verification Executive (Office)


📍 Job Location:Office-based (Work from Office)


🧾 Job Overview: We are looking for a Document Verification Executive who will be responsible for checking, verifying, and processing documents related to NGO services and legal documentation. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information carefully.


🎯 Key Responsibilities:Verify and validate client documents for accuracy and completeness

  • Check KYC documents (Aadhar, PAN, Address Proof, etc.)
  • Handle documents related to:

  • Name Change Process
  • Gazette Notification
  • Legal Agreements
  • NGO Registration & Documentation
  • Maintain proper records of verified documents (digital & physical)
  • Coordinate with clients for missing or incorrect documents
  • Ensure all documents comply with legal requirements
  • Assist team in processing applications and documentation workflow
  • Maintain confidentiality of client data
  • 🛠️ Required Skills:Basic knowledge of legal documentation (preferred)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files and records


🎓 Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

  • Freshers can apply
  • Experience in documentation or back office is a plus
