🚀 Job Title: Document Verification Executive (Office)
📍 Job Location:Office-based (Work from Office)
🧾 Job Overview: We are looking for a Document Verification Executive who will be responsible for checking, verifying, and processing documents related to NGO services and legal documentation. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information carefully.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:Verify and validate client documents for accuracy and completeness
- Check KYC documents (Aadhar, PAN, Address Proof, etc.)
- Handle documents related to:
- Name Change Process
- Gazette Notification
- Legal Agreements
- NGO Registration & Documentation
- Maintain proper records of verified documents (digital & physical)
- Coordinate with clients for missing or incorrect documents
- Ensure all documents comply with legal requirements
- Assist team in processing applications and documentation workflow
- Maintain confidentiality of client data
- 🛠️ Required Skills:Basic knowledge of legal documentation (preferred)
- Good attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and records
🎓 Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in documentation or back office is a plus
