Job Description
- पद का नाम: कॉन्टिनेंटल शेफ (Continental Chef)
कार्य की जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- कॉन्टिनेंटल व्यंजन (पास्ता, पिज़्ज़ा, सूप, सलाद, सैंडविच आदि) तैयार करना
- मेनू और रेसिपी के अनुसार भोजन की गुणवत्ता और स्वाद बनाए रखना
- किचन में साफ-सफाई और हाइजीन का ध्यान रखना
- कच्चे माल का सही उपयोग और स्टॉक मैनेजमेंट करना
- भोजन को समय पर और सही प्रस्तुति के साथ तैयार करना
- फूड सेफ्टी और FSSAI नियमों का पालन करना
- किचन स्टाफ के साथ समन्वय बनाए रखना
- नए डिश या मेनू आइटम्स के ट्रायल में सहयोग करना
