Job Description

  • पद का नाम: कॉन्टिनेंटल शेफ (Continental Chef)

कार्य की जिम्मेदारियाँ:

  • कॉन्टिनेंटल व्यंजन (पास्ता, पिज़्ज़ा, सूप, सलाद, सैंडविच आदि) तैयार करना
  • मेनू और रेसिपी के अनुसार भोजन की गुणवत्ता और स्वाद बनाए रखना
  • किचन में साफ-सफाई और हाइजीन का ध्यान रखना
  • कच्चे माल का सही उपयोग और स्टॉक मैनेजमेंट करना
  • भोजन को समय पर और सही प्रस्तुति के साथ तैयार करना
  • फूड सेफ्टी और FSSAI नियमों का पालन करना
  • किचन स्टाफ के साथ समन्वय बनाए रखना
  • नए डिश या मेनू आइटम्स के ट्रायल में सहयोग करना
