• खाना बनाने और किचन की साफ-सफाई के उच्च मानकों को बनाए रखना।
• इन्वेंट्री का प्रबंधन करना और आवश्यक सामग्री की जानकारी प्रबंधन टीम को देना।
• किचन उपकरणों और बर्तनों का सही तरीके से रखरखाव करना।
• टीम के साथ मिलकर इवेंट्स और बिजी समय में रसोई का संचालन करना।
• खाद्य सुरक्षा और स्वच्छता के सभी मानकों का पालन करना।

योग्यता:

• इंडो-चाइनीज,इंडियन और कॉन्टिनेंटल व्यंजन बनाने का अनुभव।
• स्वाद, तैयारी और प्रस्तुति की अच्छी समझ।
• टीम भावना के साथ पेशेवर रवैया।

Cook - Job Description (English)Position: Cook

Location: Splashit Kitchen

Experience Required: 1+ years in Indo-Chinese and Continental cuisine

Role:

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of Indo-Chinese, Indian, fast food and Continental dishes.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Plan and manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with management for stock requirements.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils properly.
• Work with team to ensure smooth operations, especially during events and peak hours.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of food preparation, seasoning, and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Professional attitude and team player.
