Position: Kitchen Associate (Chef-less Model) Location: [Janakpuri] Reports To: Store Owner

About the Role: We are introducing a chefless kitchen model that focuses on consistency, efficiency, and standardized recipes. The role involves preparing and serving food using predefined processes, automation, and SOPs without dependency on a master chef.

Key Responsibilities:

• pre-set recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to prepare food consistently.
• Operate kitchen equipment and semi-automated cooking tools.
• Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of food items meet brand standards.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Manage portion control and inventory usage to reduce wastage.
• Assist in packing, plating, and timely serving of food.
• Report any operational or equipment issues to the manager.
• Coordinate with the team for smooth kitchen operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• knowledge of food handling and safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard recipes.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Prior experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or cloud kitchen is a plus.
• No professional chef certification is required—training will be provided.
