Job Description

🎯 Job Overview :-

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals for Inbound and Outbound calling processes. The candidate will handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.


  • 📞 Inbound Process Responsibilities :
  • Handle incoming customer calls in a professional manner
  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions
  • Resolve complaints and escalate issues when required
  • Maintain proper call records and documentation
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and positive experience


  • 📢 Outbound Process Responsibilities :
  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
  • Explain products/services and generate interest
  • Follow up with leads and close sales (if applicable)
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Maintain database and call records


  • 🧠 Required Skills :
  • Good communication skills (English + Hindi / Regional language)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
  • Problem-solving and convincing skills
  • Positive attitude and teamwork
