Job Description:
VLCC is hiring experienced Customer Care Executives for its call centre operations in Gurugram. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and driving sales through effective communication.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls related to Hair Science services
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional interaction
Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
Key Skills Required:
Customer Service, Customer Support, Voice Process, Tele calling, Telesales, Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls, Lead Conversion, Sales, CRM
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in call centre/customer service
Good command over spoken English (Versant Level 4+ preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Immediate joiners preferred
Customer-centric and result-oriented approach
Experience in wellness/beauty/service industry is an advantage
Working Details:
