📌 Position: Customer Care Executive
💰 Salary: ₹13,500 (Interview based)
🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
🕘 Shift:
🌞 Morning (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) – Female
🌙 Evening (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM) – Male
👨 Male candidates – Rotational shift
📍 Location: Metro Mall, Gurgaon Sec 56
📝 Job Role:
• Customer queries handle karna (calls / walk-ins)
• Ticket booking aur cancellation mein customers ko assist karna
• Movies, show timings aur offers ki information dena
• Customer complaints ko professionally resolve karna
• Customer interaction ka proper record maintain karna
• Achha customer service experience ensure karna
