Real Estate Telecaller Executive – Job Description
Position: Real Estate Telecaller Executive
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Experience: 2 Years
Industry: Real Estate
Roles & Responsibilities
Call potential customers and generate leads for residential/commercial projects.
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers to clients.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up with interested buyers regularly.
Maintain customer database and update CRM records.
Handle customer queries professionally over calls and WhatsApp.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
Confidence in handling customer calls.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is a plus.
Ability to convince and build customer relationships.
Familiarity with CRM and MS Excel preferred.
