Job Description

Inbound Customer Service Executive – Gurugram

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Good verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi are required.
  • 6 working days per week with 1 rotational week off.
  • Male candidates can work any 9-hour rotational shift.
  • Female candidates can work any 9-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Selection Process:

  • HR Interview
  • Operations Round
  • Virtual Assessment (SHL Bundle)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly CTC: INR 19,000
  • Monthly Take Home: INR 15,000
  • One-time training completion bonus of INR 1,500 after 30 days
  • One-time production floor bonus of INR 1,500 after completing 60 days
  • Additional performance-based incentives ranging from INR 2,000 to INR 7,000 after training
  • Incentives are based on attendance and performance
