📍 *Location:* Gurugram (Sector 20)

💰 *Salary:* Up to ₹28,000 CTC

We are looking for a *Customer Support Executive* to join a leading *consumer appliances and water purification brand*. If you have strong communication skills and experience in handling customer queries, this opportunity is for you.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests via calls, emails, or chat

* Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes

* Resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive customer experience

* Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM systems

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue closure

*Eligibility Criteria:*

✔️ Graduate in any discipline

✔️ freshers & 6 months – 2 years of experience* in Customer Support / Customer Service

✔️ Good verbal and written communication skills

✔️ Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills

✔️ Basic computer knowledge and CRM understanding
