Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
  2. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution.
  3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  4. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and timely information.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication and soft skills Experience with customer support software, databases, and tools.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Flexibility in shifts
