Job Description
AL Afiya Healthcare Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified medical professional to join our team in the Patient Query Handling department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to efficiently address and manage patient queries and concerns.
*Responsibilities:*
- Respond to patient queries through various channels (phone, email, etc.)
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding healthcare services
- Maintain patient records and follow up as necessary
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve patient issues
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction through prompt and courteous service
