Key Responsibilities
- Needs Assessment: Evaluate client needs and develop personalized service or care plans.
- Resource Coordination: Connect clients with external service providers, community resources, or internal technical teams.
- Scheduling & Dispatch: Manage calendars, arrange appointments, and coordinate the dispatch of field technicians or support staff.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, fielding inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing status updates.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, work orders, and service progress in company databases.
- Advocacy & Follow-Up: Monitor the quality of services delivered to ensure client satisfaction and address any gaps in care or provision.
