**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
