Loan Telesales Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and result-driven Teller caller for Loan Sales , specializing in Personal Loans and Overdraft products. The role involves working with multiple private banks and NBFCs to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads and acquire new customers for Personal Loans and Overdraft products
2. Handle end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to loan disbursement
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and financial institutions
4. Coordinate with multiple private banks and NBFCs for deal closures
5. Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
6. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high-quality portfolio sourcing
7. Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in loan sales (Personal Loan / Overdraft preferred)
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Good understanding of loans products specially in unsecured loan and over draft.
4. Target-oriented with a proactive approach
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
