Customer Sales Executive

We are looking for customer-focused associates for the beauty and wellness process. The role involves handling customer inquiries, understanding hair-related concerns, recommending suitable solutions/services, and converting leads into successful sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Designation: Customer Sales Associate

Profile: Call Centre / Sales

Location: Sector 63, Gurugram

Salary – Negotiable

Education - UG / Graduate 

Experience – 1- 5 Years

Working Days: 6 Days Working Day shift

Week Off – Rotational

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls & up-sales. 

• Understand customer concerns and recommend appropriate treatments/packages. 

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels. 

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into appointments/sales. 

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. 

• Coordinate with clinic/operations teams for appointment scheduling and closures. 

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi. 

• Strong sales and negotiation skills. 

• Customer handling and objection resolution ability. 

• Comfortable working in target-driven environment. 

• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
