Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Associate

• Customer Service: Welcoming shoppers, answering inquiries, and providing product information.
• Sales & Transactions: Using POS systems to process cash and card payments, handling returns, and cross-selling or upselling products.
• Merchandising & Inventory: Keeping the sales floor organized, restocking shelves, updating price tags, and assisting with inventory counts.
• Store Maintenance: Cleaning, tidying displays, and ensuring a presentable, safe shopping environment.
• Operational Support: Assisting with receiving shipments, adhering to company policies, and supporting team sales targets.
