Job Description

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via chat and voice
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability and support customers with issues
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be residing in Gurgaon/ Delhi or within a 25km radius(Kindly do not apply if you are residing beyond this radius)
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
