Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Chat & Email Support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries via chat and email. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by resolving issues effectively and efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, returns, and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on open issues.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, system changes, and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
• Adapt to changing shift patterns, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as part of the rotational schedule.
