Customer Support Executive

This role focuses on handling customer inquiries, supporting the sales team, and ensuring consistent follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be trainable, disciplined, and comfortable communicating with customers across calls, WhatsApp, and email.

KRA: Task / Activities    

Customer Handling (Training + Execution)·     

Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries. Share basic product information (training will be provided)

Maintain professional communication with customers, Sales Support

Follow up with leads regularly (call/WhatsApp/email). Share quotations, brochures, and basic details

Support the sales team in moving leads toward closure. Data & CRM Management

Maintain lead database (Excel/CRM). Update the status of each inquiry daily.

Ensure no missed leads or follow-ups in Internal Coordination.

Coordinate with sales & operations teams.

Track customer queries, order status, and updates

KPI: Performance Metrics

 Lead response time

 Follow-up consistency

 Number of leads handled per day

 Zero missed inquiries

 Data accuracy in CRM

 Conversion support effectiveness 

Required Skills:

 Basic communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

Comfortable handling calls and customer conversations

Basic knowledge of Excel/data entry

Ability to manage multiple follow-ups
