Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Sales Executive for our Loan Sales Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, generating leads, and selling loan products over calls and direct interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Customers ko loan products ke baare mein guide karna
• Outbound & inbound calls handle karna
• Personal loan, business loan, ya other loan products sell karna
• Interested customers se documents collect karna
• Daily follow-ups maintain karna
• Sales targets achieve karna
• Customer data properly update karna in system/CRM
• Good customer relationship maintain karna

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Sales ya telesales experience preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Target-oriented approach
• Basic computer knowledge
• Confident and positive attitude
