Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and chat interactions with international customers
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently within defined TAT
  • Maintain high standards of communication and customer service
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Meet daily/weekly performance metrics (quality, productivity, CSAT)
  • Follow company policies and process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:


  • Good communication skills in English


  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
