🌟 INSTAY is Hiring – Guest Experience Executive
Location: Gurgaon
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a responsible, well-spoken, and guest-focused person who can handle guest communication and ensure the best guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
• Handle guest calls & WhatsApp chats
• Guide guests during check-in and arrival
• Answer guest queries quickly and professionally
• Coordinate with property managers & housekeeping team
• Assist guests with any requirements during stay
• Maintain guest data and booking records properly
• Ensure smooth communication and positive guest experience
• Help collect positive Google & Airbnb reviews
Requirements:
• Good communication & polite behavior
• Quick response and problem-solving skills
• Basic smartphone, WhatsApp & Google Sheets knowledge
• Responsible and professional attitude
• Hospitality/customer support experience preferred
