Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors when needed.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation.
- Scan, print, and organize documents.
- Generate basic reports from entered data.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Coordinate with other departments for data verification.
- Maintain proper data backup and records.
Required Skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, SAP and basic computer operations
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Basic knowledge of data management systems
- Good organizational skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate
- Basic computer course (MS Office / Data Entry course) preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry or office work
