Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Operator / MIS Executive to handle daily transport operations data, audit records, documentation, and email communication. The candidate should have good English typing skills and a basic understanding of transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily bus audit data (routes, shifts, deployment, etc.)

• Track and monitor bus mileage and prepare performance reports

• Handle email communication with clients and internal teams

• Manage and update vehicle documents (RC, insurance, permits, fitness, etc.)

• Prepare MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

• Update breakdown and maintenance records

• Perform data entry and basic analysis in MS Excel

• Coordinate with supervisors and operations team

Requirements:

• Graduate (preferred)

• Good English typing and communication skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Experience in transport/logistics is an added advantage
