Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive
Company: 360 Realtors
Location: Sector 45, Gurugram
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Description:
We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in running and scaling campaigns to generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance
- Generate quality leads and improve ROI through data-driven decisions
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of lead generation and campaign optimization
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of tracking tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
