About the Role
We are looking for a smart and growth-focused Performance Marketing Executive who can handle end-to-end digital campaigns and help scale brands through paid marketing strategies.
This is an all-rounder role for someone who understands ads, creatives, analytics, and lead generation. Ideal for candidates who want fast growth and hands-on experience across multiple brands and industries.
Responsibilities
Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage Google Ads campaigns
Generate leads and improve conversion rates
Setup and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API & tracking
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
Work on retargeting and audience optimization
Coordinate with design/content team for ad creatives
Test ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
Improve ROAS, CPL, and overall campaign efficiency
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing
Basic understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads
Familiar with lead generation campaigns
Understanding of analytics and campaign tracking
Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
Good communication and execution skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus Skills
Experience with Canva or basic creative tools
Knowledge of landing pages/funnels
Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow
Basic video editing/reel ad understanding
