Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Planning
End-to-end digital marketing strategy design and execution across all channels
Campaign planning aligned with business goals, target audience, and geography
Budget planning and allocation across different digital platforms
Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
Drive lead generation campaigns with a strong focus on CPL, ROI, and ROAS
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
Retargeting and funnel optimization for higher conversions
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and domain authority
Manage backlink strategies and SEO audits
Content Strategy & Writing
Plan and execute content strategy across website, blogs, landing pages, and social media
Write and optimize high-converting content for ads, websites, and campaigns
Ensure content aligns with SEO and brand communication
Graphic Designing & Creative Understanding
Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives, social media posts, and marketing collaterals
Ensure creatives are optimized for performance and conversions
Basic hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.
Website & Development Coordination
Work closely with developers for website updates, landing page creation, and UI/UX improvements
Optimize website performance, speed, and user experience
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress
Ensure proper tracking implementation (pixels, tags, events)
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
Manage the complete lead lifecycle from acquisition to conversion
Optimize landing pages, forms, and call-to-action strategies
Integrate and manage CRM, WhatsApp, and other lead tracking tools
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platforms
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports
Derive actionable insights and continuously optimize campaigns
Social Media Management
Plan and execute organic and paid social media strategies
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication
Monitor engagement, growth, and performance metrics
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of at least 15 members across performance marketing, SEO, content, and design
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for seamless execution
Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
Drive a performance-driven and accountable team culture
Trend Analysis & Innovation
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes
Identify new growth opportunities and experiment with new channels
Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of at least 15 members
Strong expertise in Performance Marketing and Lead Generation
In-depth knowledge of SEO (On-page, off-page, and Technical)
Proficiency in Content Writing and Content Strategy
Good understanding of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
Basic understanding of Website Development (HTML/CSS) and CMS (WordPress)
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools
Excellent communication and team coordination skills
