Job Title: Digital Marketing & Growth Executive (In-House)

We are building premium jewellery and lifestyle brands including luxury jewellery, crystal pearls, spiritual products, and export-focused businesses. Looking for a smart, hungry, execution-focused person who can grow brands online.
Responsibilities:
• Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads
• Manage Instagram accounts and daily content posting
• Coordinate reels, stories, and creative content
• WhatsApp lead management and follow-up coordination
• Shopify / website updates and product uploads
• Monitor ad performance and improve results
• Retargeting campaigns and customer engagement
• Coordinate with photographers, content creators, and team
• Create reports on leads, sales, and marketing performance
• Help scale online sales in India and export markets
Skills Required:
✅ Meta Ads Manager
✅ Instagram Marketing
✅ WhatsApp Business
✅ Shopify basics
✅ Canva / basic creative understanding
✅ Excel / reporting skills
✅ Good English + Hindi communication
✅ Self-driven and ownership mindset
Experience:
1–4 years preferred
Bonus if candidate knows:
• Jewellery / luxury / fashion marketing
• Performance marketing
• Reels & short video strategy
• Lead generation and conversion
