🔹 Role Overview:

 

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing clients, promoting flavour & food ingredient products, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

 

• Generate leads and convert new business opportunities

• Develop B2B business with packed food manufacturers and FMCG companies

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Promote flavours, essences, and food ingredient products

• Maintain strong product knowledge of flavours and food ingredients

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Manage orders, deliveries, and resolve customer issues effectively

• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams for smooth operations

• Share regular sales reports, market feedback, and business analysis

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field

• Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development preferred

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of FMCG / Food Ingredients / Flavours Industry preferred

• Ability to handle corporate and manufacturing clients professionally

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of field sales activities

• Willingness to travel within assigned territories
