*Job Responsibilities* Management: Receive and assess incoming emergency or non-emergency calls, assigning priority based on urgency.Resource Coordination: Deploy the appropriate personnel, vehicles, or equipment to specific locations based on availability and skill.Route & Schedule Monitoring: Track the real-time location of field units using GPS or tracking software and adjust schedules to account for traffic, weather, or emergencies.Communication: Relay instructions, job updates, and changes to field teams while providing status updates to customers.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of calls, dispatches, driver logs, and service completion times.Problem Solving: Act quickly to resolve unexpected delays, complaints, or conflicts in the field.
