Role Overview

We are seeking a Highly Knowledgeable Electrical Technician who possesses strong practical expertise in diagnosing, servicing, and installing single-phase and three-phase household electrical setups and micro-appliances. This is an active field role requiring on-site troubleshooting at residential and commercial client locations.

• Key Responsibilities
• On-Site Servicing & Installation: Perform flawless installation, product demonstration, and comprehensive repair of major home appliances (including Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, Dishwashers, Refrigerators, Microwaves, Chimneys, Geysers, Ceiling Fans, Mixers, and Coolers).
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical/electronic circuit errors, isolate complex system failures, and execute prompt corrective measures using technical testing tools (e.g., multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers).
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled safety audits, routine cleaning, part replacements, and general wiring upkeep to prevent appliance breakdown.
• Customer Engagement: Provide basic operational education and safety guidelines directly to customers, maintaining a highly professional, courteous demeanor.
• Operational Reporting: Maintain strict daily logs, work completion checklists, and coordinate closely with the Area Service Manager and Call Center.

• Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
• Education: ITI Certification or Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of single-phase/three-phase wiring, LT panels, switchgears, circuit breakers, control loops, and grounding systems.
• Diagram Literacy: Absolute proficiency in reading and interpreting circuit schematic drawings, single-line layouts, and product service manuals.
• Tool Handling: Mastery over precision hand tools, soldering gear, and standard industrial safety apparatus (LOTO procedures).

• Compulsory Prerequisites
• Own Bike & Valid Driving License: A personal two-wheeler is strictly mandatory for daily field navigation across the territory.
• Smartphone Proficiency: Ability to operate mobile applications for digital updates and job routing.
• Language Skills: Clean communication skills in Hindi; basic functional literacy in English to comprehend product tech manuals.

• Salary and Compensations
• Fixed Salary Pool- ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month (In-Hand)(Varying based on final technical evaluation and experience)

• Field Fuel Conveyance- Standard mileage allowance provided separately (₹2 per KM) for work-related transit
