Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Welders/Fitters to join our team. The successful candidates will work alongside experienced professionals, learning essential welding and fitting skills and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

Assist in welding and fitting tasks under the guidance of senior welders and fitters.

Learn and apply basic welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, ARC welding) to join and assemble metal parts and structures.

Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to measure and mark materials for cutting or assembly.

Prepare metal surfaces by grinding, cleaning, and polishing to ensure strong weld quality.

Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and accurately, with proper training.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Perform basic inspection of welded joints to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

Engage in continuous learning to improve skills and knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or welding certifications are a plus.

Basic understanding of welding tools, techniques, and safety protocols.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints is beneficial but not required.

Good physical condition and ability to stand, lift, and bend throughout shifts.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a team.
