Job Description

Company: Leading Japanese Automobile MNC

Location: Industrial Area (Within 200 km of Palwal, Haryana)

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Monday – Friday)

Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers are highly encouraged)

  • Salary & BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 (Based on interview performance & experience).
  • Other Benefits: Canteen facility, Uniform, OT (Overtime) as per company policy, and MNC work culture.
  • Eligibility CriteriaQualification: Diploma in EE / EC / EEE only (Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering).
  • Batch: Recent pass-outs preferred.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, PLC, wiring, and automotive electronic components.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the assembly and testing of automotive electrical systems.
  • Monitoring production lines to ensure Japanese quality standards (5S, Kaizen).
  • Troubleshooting electrical faults in machinery or vehicle components.
  • Maintaining daily production reports and documentation.
  • Supporting the maintenance team in preventive and breakdown tasks.
  • RequirementsWillingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Strong discipline and a learning-oriented mindset (Japanese work culture).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
