Job Description
Job Title: Field Executive – Airtel Router Recovery

Hiring in all Delhi NCR
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customer locations to collect Airtel Wi-Fi routers and related equipment after service disconnection.
Verify customer details and device serial numbers before collection.
Coordinate with customers to schedule pickup appointments.
Update recovery status in the company app/portal.
Submit collected devices to the designated warehouse or office.
Maintain daily recovery reports and documentation.
Follow company policies and customer service standards during visits.
Achieve assigned recovery targets within timelines.
Skills Required:
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Basic smartphone/app usage knowledge.
Ability to travel within assigned areas.
Time management and record-keeping skills.
