Facility Manager

1. Operational Management

• Daily Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures, court scheduling, and cleaning staff supervision.
• Booking Systems: Oversee digital booking platforms to ensure high occupancy rates and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
• Inventory & Equipment: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all facility assets and manage the procurement of necessary supplies.

2. Facility Maintenance & Safety

• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of courts, lighting, and amenities to ensure they meet professional standards.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance (e.g., turf grooming, electrical work).

3. Business Development & Community Engagement

• Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for members and walk-in players, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Program Implementation: Execute tournaments, leagues, and corporate events to drive engagement and revenue.
• Marketing Support: Assist in local outreach and promotional activities.

4. Financial & Administrative Reporting

• Daily Reporting: Maintain records of daily footfall, revenue collection, and operational expenses.
• Compliance: Ensure the facility operates in accordance with local regulations and licensing requirements.
