Field Executive

Scope & Nature of Work. The core responsibilities and nature of work include:

• Public Outreach & Mobilization: Actively engaging with and guiding potential beneficiaries (unorganized workers) at designated camp sites or data collection centers.

• Profile Verification: Verifying identity and eligibility documents (such as Aadhaar, bank details, and active mobile numbers) required for the portal.

• End-to-End Registration: Navigating the official government e-Shram portal to accurately fill out worker profiles, including demographics, occupation details, and bank account links.

• URN & Card Generation: Completing the process up to the successful generation of the Unique Universal Account Number (UAN) e-Shram card.

• Daily Reporting: Tracking registration tallies and reporting successful completions on a daily basis to the project coordinator.

Performance Baselines

• Individual Target: Each deployed agent is expected to achieve a daily productivity benchmark of 30 to 50 successful e-Shram registrations.

4. Agent Qualifications & PrerequisitesTo ensure smooth operational deployment and portal navigation, all deployed resources must meet the following criteria:

• Educational QualificationPreferred: Candidates holding an ITI certification or a Diploma in Computer Science/Applications (or equivalent computer-related fields).

• Alternative: Candidates with other educational backgrounds may be considered, provided they demonstrate strong basic computer literacy, including efficient internet browsing, portal navigation, and data entry skills.

Mandatory Hardware Requirements

• Laptop Ownership: Having a personal, functional laptop is strictly mandatory for every agent. The device must have a stable internet browser and the capability to connect to local network hotspots.
