Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet customers, promote company products/services, and achieve sales targets through field visits. The candidate should have strong ability to build good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Visit potential customers and generate new business opportunities
Promote and explain company products/services to clients
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly market targets
Maintain relationships with existing customers
Conduct market visits and identify new areas
Follow up on leads and close leads effectively
Submit daily visit reports to the reporting manager
Handle customer queries and provide proper support
Requirements: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills.
Must own a bike/scooter with a valid driving license
Comfortable with field work and local travel
Basic smartphone and app handling knowledge
Skills Required: convincing skills
Customer relationship management
Confidence and positive attitude
Time management
Target achievement mindset
Experience:0–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing
