Job Description: Mechanic Executive (Demand Generation)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years
CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + Incentives
Role Objective
Drive secondary sales by creating mechanic-led demand. Influence mechanics to recommend Luman products, ensuring retailers increase purchases and distributors see higher billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit minimum 20 mechanics daily and build strong relationships.
- Educate mechanics on Luman filters, brake liners, and lubricants.
- Drive mechanic demand so retailers place orders.
- Visit minimum 5 retailers daily and ensure stock availability.
- Push new product placement through mechanic demand.
- Leverage personal relationships and market credibility.
- Track demand generation and report daily activity.

- Number of active mechanics influenced
- Retailer billing growth
- New SKU placements
- Daily visit discipline
- Secondary sales increase

- 3+ years in auto aftermarket / lubricants / spare parts
