Field Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing home furnishings business. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to visit the market, pitch our premium range of Curtain Fabrics, Sofa Fabrics, Blinds, and Wallpapers, and establish strong business tie-ups with Interior Decorators, Architects, and Designers.

If you love being on the field, have excellent communication skills, and know how to close a deal, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

 Market Visits & Networking: Daily field visits to identify and meet new interior decorators, architects, contractors, and retail partners to establish profitable business tie-ups.

 Product Presentation: Showcase our latest fabric catalogs, sample books, blind designs, and wallpaper collections to prospective clients effectively.

 Lead Generation & Sales: Generate new leads, convert them into active clients, and secure regular orders to drive revenue.

 Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and smooth service delivery.

 Target Achievement: Meet and exceed the monthly sales and client acquisition targets set by the company.

 Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Field Sales who have linked with interior , Architects and Designers . Smart freshers with a passion for sales are also welcome to apply.

 Communication: Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to pitch confidently in Hindi and basic English.

 Assets: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license.

 Tech Savvy: Ability to use smartphones for WhatsApp, GPS navigation, and basic sales reporting.

 Traits: Proactive, disciplined, and comfortable with extensive daily local travel.
