Job Description
We’re hiring on-ground executors who can walk into businesses, pitch smartly, and close deals. Your job is simple: get restaurants, cafes, salons, and retail stores to install Zeno’s Smart Google Review Standee and start generating reviews.

- What You’ll DoVisit local businesses (restaurants, cafes, salons, clinics, retail stores)
- Pitch Zeno Smart Review Standee as a growth tool (not just a product)
- Demonstrate how customers can leave Google reviews instantly via NFC/QR
- Close deals on the spot
- Handle basic onboarding and setup at the client location
- Build relationships with business owners for repeat sales and referrals
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets
- What We’re Looking For0–3 years of experience in field sales / direct sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Street-smart, confident, and persistent
- Comfortable with walking, traveling, and meeting 15–20 clients/day
- Basic understanding of smartphones and apps (NFC/QR usage)
- Hindi + basic English required
- CompensationFixed Salary + High Incentives (uncapped)
